Delivery Information

We are able to offer both UK and worldwide delivery. Details of the delivery options available and charges are outlined below.

UK Delivery

There are four delivery options available for delivery within the UK:

  • Standard Delivery - Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For - Orders usually take between 3 - 5 working days to arrive
  • Express Delivery - Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For - Orders usually arrive within 2/3 working days (Only available to select Friday - Sunday)
  • Next Day Delivery - UPS / Royal Mail Special Delivery - Orders placed before 6pm are delivered the next working day (Only available to select Monday - Thursday)
  • Saturday Delivery - Royal Mail Special Delivery - Orders will be delivered Saturday (Only available to select on Friday)

The delivery charge depends on the order value and/or on the quantity of items ordered

Next Day, Saturday & Express Delivery Explained

All of our UK Next Day, Saturday and Express Delivery orders are delivered by UPS between 7.30am and 7:30pm. You will need to sign to confirm the delivery and you can track the progress of your order at any time using our order tracking facility.

Your expected delivery day is dependent on the time your order is placed. Please see the table below for details of when your order will arrive:

Please note that delivery days may vary over bank holidays.

Postcode exclusions:

There are selected UK destinations where we are unable to offer next day delivery due to courier restrictions. In most cases our express delivery service will reach these destinations within 2 working days. If next day delivery is unavailable in your postcode area and you have selected the next day delivery option in the basket you will be prompted during the checkout process and given the opportunity to select an alternative delivery method.

International Delivery

Charges for delivery to non-UK destinations do not vary with the value of your order. Please be aware that there may be import duties and taxes to pay when your order reaches your country. Unfortunately we are unable to cover these or any charges for Customs clearance so please bear in mind that you may be required to cover these.

We offer standard delivery to destinations worldwide. Alongside this, we also offer an express option to selected destinations. The cost of this service and estimated delivery time varies between countries and more details can be found by selecting your destination country from the list below:

Failed Delivery

What happens if the item is damaged in transit?

We and our carriers take the greatest possible care to see that your order is delivered in pristine condition. However, if you take delivery of a parcel which shows signs of damage then please notify us online or by calling our Customer Service Department , within 3 working days. If a signature is required, please sign that the parcel is 'Damaged'

Our Returns Process:

  1. Allocate an authorisation code and instructions of how to return the item(s)*.
  2. Subject to satisfactory inspection and test of the goods by our inspectors we will process a full refund.
  3. Refunds are processed within 10 working days on safe receipt of the item(s), using the same form of payment as the original transaction.

*When returning your item to us, please ensure that your product(s) is accompanied by the original delivery note.

What happens if my order gets lost or doesn't arrive?

If you do not receive your order within the time specified, it will probably have experienced a delay between leaving our warehouse and arriving with you. We would appreciate it if you allow 10 working days before contacting us in case of such unforeseen delays. If your order is being delivered to an address outside of the UK, we need to allow 3 weeks before it can officially be declared "lost in transit" in which case we will then initiate a claims process. To notify us of a failed delivery please call our Customer Service Department.
